History of the College of Scribes and Enlumynours Illuminors

(Yes, it was called Enlumynours at one point - write that 10 times fast!). As a College, our history is as rich and diverse as the pigments we use to create works of art within Ansteorra. Part of that history is contained in a series of newsletters, called A.D.O.N.I.S: A Disorganized Occasional Newsletter for Illuminators & Scribes.

This was the pet project of Ladyship (now Mistress) Zinaida Umanskaya, who was Star Signet at the time (June, A.S. XX) and were produced from 1984 through 1991. Later, others took on the mantle of Editor. These documents have been posted here in as close to the original format as possible. They have been edited in some places, to remove personal home addresses and phone numbers. The newsletters are presented in PDF format.
